Halotherapy (also known as salt room therapy) is where the purest salt (sodium chloride) is heated and crushed to dust-like microparticles. This dust-like salt is then pumped into a room where you sit that you breathe in so that it can penetrate deep into your respiratory system.

These are all ‘Wet Salt Therapies’. Halotherapy (Salt Chamber Therapy) is a type of ‘Dry Salt Therapy’ that helps with many health conditions. Heating up the salt before crushing it and sending it into the room helps ensure that all of the moisture is taken out of the salt so that it can do the best job possible.

Sole Jar
Natural Organic Himalayan Salt Crystals
Sole (pronounces So-Lay) is water that has been soaked with 100% pure Himalayan Salt Crystals that will return the PH Balance and Detoxify your Body.

Three of the operators used pharmaceutical grade salt which was amazing. One used natural salt which just left me feeling sore.
In my experience the Halotherapy worked very well. I’m fortunate enough that I can hit the gym x5 days a week and after getting Halotherapy my rest times decreased and I hit new personal bests on the cardio machines.
With regards to cross contamination there is a cleaning process where after each session the air is vented out and clean air is filtered in. This takes around fifteen munutes.
I was so blown away by the results that I’ve set up my own salt room, mainly for personal use but I will be using it as a business as well.
I was initially skeptical but minutes into my first treatment I felt a difference =)
